U don't even know how this sport is played. Talk in the other threads that are about the spice boy

beckham if u want to talk about something that is(not) some how related to football..

Dude, take it easy...

This is not the post-napolonic period, we do not need to kill or drive away the english again! They have their opinion, we have ours... Let's end this wars, kay?

I propose that we begin thinking on the Olympics!

rip portugal

:dontgetit: ?

What do you mean, sir?

I believe that you are trying to say that Portugal was owned in some way?

A) We're now european vice-champions of football.

B) About, the match... that was typical of the greeks... If they score first in a counter-attack or in stupid goal (that one, because our defense was stupid, Costinha marked his man by side, not by front, and Ricardo was trying to mark the guy in the middle? wtf?!), they will move back and only strike in a quick counter-attack, and only to drive the opponents of their half!

Yes, Greece won the European Championship. But, will they start playing *normal*? I don't think so... but, I will try to watch their matches post-EURO, and if they didn't learn anything, if they still go on with this anti-game technique, then and only then I will put my thumbs down to them, because that's not the way to play football. C) We hosted the EURO2004 without any serious incidents nor confrontations.

D) UEFA stated that this was the best EURO ever in terms of organization.

E) We made this EURO the most profitable ($??) ever to the EUFA guys!

Touchy, touchy... lol; football is the national sport of England, and I think people here take it quite seriously (far too seriously if you ask me - where I live you'd see cars every few minutes with England flags, and a large number of houses had England flags in the window).

Ouch... you lost! Greece won... THAT is the outcome. People could complain about Portugal divings and fakings and trying to claim decisions falsely all day long. Greece were better gentlemen, simple as that.

first of all, looks like you don't know nothing about football. remember italy, that is exactly what they did, and every football team in an international game will. after you score, you retreat and defend more than you go on offence and you only strike in counter-attacks.

do you ever see a winning team having an open game?

NEVER.

so please, don't tell me about football....
