You will have to create the boolean preference yourself as you do in the official nightlies. There are only a few themes compatible with the 1.1 trunk. 5/11 is up. To enable svg goto about:config and create a new boolean value called "enable.svg" and set it to true. However, with Adobe now aquiring Macromedia, some are thinking that they may push SVG heavily.
