hey everyone i'm new to this site :)

I saw that mac users were posting their macs so here is my setup (bit messy at the moment lol)

the setup consists of the following

MacPro (8 core) 3.4 Ghz, 20 Gb Ram, 1.82 Tb HD, 8800GT, two 24" TFT screens, logitech webcam, Razer DeathAdder mouse, 3D Connexion Space Navigator, wacom tablet, There is also my old G4 quicksilver (dual 1.8 Ghz, 1.5Gb Ram,1.28Tb HD, ATI 9800 pro, M-Audio Delta 1010Lt)

NHTpro A-10 Studio Monitors (including studio sub), RME fireface 400, MOTU Fastlane USB, Presonus Faderport, BASS Acoustic 5.1 Surround system, 1200VA UPS

Roland XP-30 Synth, also off view there is a Waldorf Micro Q and a E-MU XL-1 <------ as you can guess i'm an electronic musician :)

anyway a big hello from Australia :)

I think it is amazing and reacts very well. The buttons are so soft and responsive.

I got mine from PC Connection - it was only 99 USD with free shipping. Cheaper than I could find it on ebay

The difference between the mac one and the Windows one is that the Mac one has the Command keys instead of the windows keys, and the function buttons all have little icons on them so you can press it and it will launch the associated app.

I think it is well worth the money

figured 99 usd wasn't to bad...but thats only for the mac version

their charging almost double for the hand rest? XD

In that case you probably don't need to learn them :) There wasn't anything specifically about them in January's exam, and you can always use a calculator. I should really start revising XD...

Ah, we've had it drummed into us that we must know them :/ could come in handy for M1 though.

I'm guessing you do Further Maths.

I'm guessing you do Further Maths.

Worst case scenario, you can work them out on a calculator in about a minute if you need to.

Back when I took C2 (couple of years ago now) I don't think I was asked anything about the exact values.
