 Pardon my ignorance, but I've got a couple of questions to ask. :p Has the 2MB Free Hotmail service upgraded to 250MB storage yet, since there has been so much talk about the 2GB upgrade? Will they implement it in stages? Hope that someone could clarify my doubts. Thanks in advance.

Yes, they have upgraded it 250mb.... If you are a subscriber then you get 2GB :)

So does that means that they're upgrading our accounts in stages, since some people including me :( have not seen the addition of another 248MB storage in our accounts? Thanks in advance.

Hi all

I have downloaded and installed MSN Explorer 7.02. I have signed up twice for new account, it says 2mb. So how can i get 2000mb, was that a joke or what. I followed whatever was written. But only got 2mb

Can anybody plz sign up for me as saad_khan786@msn/ hotmail.com or saad_khan100@msn/ hotmail.com.

Looks like it's all over now people. Me and a few of my buddies have been trying to register for these "2Gb" accounts and we keep getting stuck with the 2Mb ones instead.

Think it's safe to say M$ have cottoned on to the bug/glitch or whatever caused the 2gb accounts to appear.

How to get an msn.com account.

Go to http://hotmail.com.

At the .NET Passport Sign-in box, enter anything for the email address, but make sure you add @msn.com and enter anything for the password.

You should just get an sign in error.

Click on Register with .NET Passport, if you haven't already.

Now when the sign up page has loaded up, you should see [username box]@msn.com

this was the method that didn't work for me, 'cos it only gave me 2mb storage space.

so i just went to an xp com and created an account with msn explorer, and presto! 2 gigs :D.
