Someone is trying to bring two waypastdead franchises together and it'll be good for a week. I'll still probably catch it on DVD in a few months. To me it seems like this movie should have been made long ago. There have been tons of video games on this subject all the way back to the Atari Jaguar if not before. Wasn't there a comic or something? I guess cinema tech has just gotten to the point to do it justice? This movie, in one way or another, has been in the making for years now. There was a comic book the preceeded it in fact, not to mention a nice little "easter egg" in the Predator 2 movie alluding to some sort of connection between the Predator aliens and the Alien aliens. Wish that they had some wide-angle shots without all the edits/cuts I guess, but from the point where the Predator gets knocked down, that whole thing gets pretty wicked. I'd really like to see some quality fighting like that all during the movie. All the super-quick cuts annoy me though. Hard to get a feel for what exactly is going on. It looks like every single little bit has been filmed in steps rather than one longer go (if that makes sense) Please for the love of god dont let this film stink.
