Alien vs Predator (Fight scene trailer)

I'm sorry, but my original opinion of the movie still stands: any Alien/Predator movie SHOULD be rated R. Graphic violence, horror, language, it all added to the movies.

Yeah, I agree. The editing is pretty bad, but like some have already said I hope that isn't a finished scene.

This movie has so much potential, it's a shame how it could be ruined so easily.

Normally, yes. But they may be able to make a good PG-13 cut. For some reason, alien blood don't freak these MPAA folks like human blood does. Plus, if there ain't any sex scenes (or human) and cursing is not hard core, then PG-13 would seem ok. It ain't exactly Kill Bill or anything.

It's PG-13.... and it's also got a 'blockbuster' running time of only 87min. It's clearly a pathetic attempt on Fox's part to milk the cash cows of two franchises. They don't care about the quality.

Seems they bolloxed up even that; there are reports coming in huge amounts of material are needing to be left on the cutting room floor, because they'll never be finished in time for the August 13 release date otherwise. A press screening has already been cancelled, apparently, because the print ain't ready.

I smell TURKEY!!! I shall enjoy watching this film crash and burn.

Even if it has just 2 or 3 good fight scenes between aliens and predators, it will be worth a video/dvd rental. :)

PG13... smell the cashin. Its supposed to be moody and dark and thats about all they have right at the moment but have to agree with the negative comments... that fight scene looked ok but nothing great. I can imagine that a predator suite would be quite a nightmare to do anything in but the rest of the films managed.

The trailers were impressive without showing much action and thats normally a good sign, however after seeing that fight scene, and yes I know its only one scene, i am a little worried

hmm - interesting - i might actually go and watch it, i don't normally like alien action movies.

Worth a DVD rental for sure, eh? :)

Maybe a weekend discount matinee?

Guilty pleasure and campy fun, perhaps. Worth a look.

SCREW PAUL ANDERSON FOR MAKING THIS A PG-13 MOVIE!!! None of the Predator or Alien movies were PG-13. He's just interested in the money which is why he made it pg-13. I am definetly going to skip this one. I can't imagine watching a predator movie with hardly any cursing where everybody says "I am going to kick your butt!" or a Alien movie where the camera cut's off right before the Alien bites somebody's head off. No offense to those of you under 17 but this movie should have been made rated R. GG Paul Anderson.

By the way, look how "cool" Resident Evil came out and you will see what to expect.
