FTP Log Files

I need to clear up my log files because at the moment my access log is ccess log is 421 mb.

From the picture below, could somebody tell me which files are safe to delete and which files to delete, I have little experience with log files so any help you could give me on the subject would be great.

You can safely delete the gzipped xfer logs. These are archived transfer logs.
