Of course, the bigger countries will get a lot more, but sometimes there are some surprises. Any thoughts? Anyone here know of any "countries to watch for" in a specific sport? Oh, wait this is 2004 and SUMMER...duh :) I've never tried to predict Olympic outcomes; there's too many athletes and too many venues that I never even knew existed. Personally, I like the Winter Games alot better and find it more enjoyable. Don't know why. I guess if I have to pick for this Summer, though...USA? Michael Diamond will win gold in the shooting (shot 25 out of 25 it traps heat). Australian Field Hockey team has a fair chance of winning gold and should definately get a place.
