no, they are losing. there are so many people using drugs you wouldn't believe it. they just have the newest designer drugs which cannot be detected. every athlet is using some light doping. be it for muscles, conentration and whatnot. the olypmic games are a joke this time. it's not about the sport anymore, it's about money and sport politics. you can also see this in some decisions of the judges.

We really won't know until the next testing for the next Olympics. Yes they have caught some people using drugs, but I don't think everyone thinks they are serious about getting drugs out of the Olympics. In less then 4 years, we will know if they are winning against drugs or not.

They test the winners right after they win, guys. They have to **** in the cup right after they win a medal of any sorts. They also test before the races (though not right before). So, if someone's cheating by drugging up then chances are they're not going to win a medal.
