I don't mean to be ignorant in any way, but I have been tracking this thread for quite a while, and everytime a new build is released I don't see the link to download it. I downloaded the first build off the first post, but I haven't seen another link since.

So, in short, I have the first version, and I can't seem to find a download link to any others.

By the way, RusDzanmahmudov, the code looks very clean, but there is a better, simpler way of saving the settings.

(It's in VB, but it should be easy to understand.)

I definitely agree... IE integration would be a waste of time in dis precious project ;)

It would certainly depend on the level of functionality and the direction Ruslan intends to head in.

I had assumed the level of browser integration would be similar to clipboard/click monitoring and an option to "Download using Download Manager" when right-clicking a link in a webpage.

He has chosen NSIS as the base for installation which would allow him to create 'components' that you can choose to install or not.

If you support him through the development stage then what results should hopefully reflect the ideas of a decent download manager that suits most Neowinians needs.

That's how I feel on the issue anyway :)

@lester_kun: :) COOL :), I guess the first version gonna ship without the browser plug ins... :(

@Soviet: What's wrong with IE?? I'm using it, and it was been mainly designed for IE shell integration :)... I think I'll add in the installer (later) the option, to check, in what browser you wanna integrate it in. :)

@Ianmac45: Thanks you for you reply :) btw. Welcome to Neowin. :) I looked into the updated.txt file... :) hm.. But I guess, I'll use the cPreferences (as you know :ninja: :whistle:) for now. Oh, and about your issue with the download of the new version... You see on the first page the download link (on the bottom of first post)... You must just click there, and you'll download the latest uploaded version :)

@Windows X: (as Vice King already said :)) but for future, please read the text (Revision History) in the first post, and you'll understand, that this is Only GUI version :).

@Whitelighter: Yeah, you're right about the plug in feature, and NSIS :) And thank you very much :) :D

@ReDwAvE: Thank you :) and ... off: (no problem :))

@insanekiwi: Thanks :)

OK, so far, thank you all for your support :)

- Ruslan

@Soviet: ok :)

Hello, all :), as I promised, I'm releasing today the new version, well hm.. check the first post :)... This version contains only improvements to the 'New Download' dialog. Please, who is downloading the software, check if the DownloadInformation tool tip is working(in 'New Download' window point the mouse on the (i) icon), this build is mainly focused on that feature :).

Something to the 'Clipboard' button as well. It will paste text from the clipboard, when in clipboard is any text, and if this text in the clipboard is an URL addess... Otherwise, it won't do anything. Oh, and please, check the drag&drop function for any error (on my machine there are no). :)

Well, maybe I'll release an updated build tomorrow... I don't know, cuz I'm SO TIRED right now... :( Oh, and Download Manager will become a web site soon... :)

Thanks for support. Ruslan.

Hmm...

Suggestions? a working build. Yeah i know. I'm getting impatient

each new build you make, makes it better and better.

the clipboard thing is nice and works 100%

a question a step ahead. download progess: It's own little download window or in the main window? or both...

Hello, folkz :p :). I'm now working on the Settings (aka Preferences) dialog... I need YOUR suggestion, what you wanna see there. I've already implemented:

- Default Download Location (a folder, which can be choosen by user, where the will be ored in)

- Default Authentication (if a server requires authentication data, this will be first, which will be tryed)
