HugeCanoli
Im used to using WinAMP. Is there anyway I can simply create a new playlist then add an entire folder to it without having to pick and choose through my library? For instance..I have a folder named ROCK. I want to create a ROCK playlist with all the music in that folder. Whats the easiest way to do this? PS - I cannot get rid of the red X. I tried all listed suggestions. Any more? Thanks for all the help

Bold_Fortune
Well, I got tired of messing with WMP10 for now. A lot of you seem to enjoy some of its new features. For me, though, my use of WMP is pretty basic. I click on a music or video file and let it play. I'm just not into making playlists using the WMP options. I usually just put all the songs I want into a folder, highlight them all and click play. I don't need it to view pictures with it. I think the only thing I really dislike about it is its shoving down my throat of the online media stuff. I have a WalMart nearby if I want to buy something. I keep my browsing settings pretty tight, and when I accidentally, or on purpose out of curiosity, click on one of the online media options, the page displays all wavy-like for me. I have to click to my default browser settings to read all the stuff. Given all that, I'll probably revert to WMP10 eventually...it took me awhile to accept and appreciate WMP9, too. But it really does look like it has some interesting and versatile features for a lot you to enjoy. I'm not knocking it. It's actually kind of cool. It's just not for me...right now. BajiRav
 This is weird - start a playlist..let play for a minute or so - switch to msn music - preview a song - heat previous so that it reloads the playlist - it starts the song from the point where it'd switched to msn music - after 2 or 3 seconds it stops playing  Do I get the dubious honor of finding the first real bug ? :woot: or is this something specific to my system
