WMP10 Energy Bliss Visualisation Not Working

Hello,

I've downloaded the Energy Bliss Visualisation and installed it, but I could not get it to function. The Visualisations area do not seem to respond after activating the Energy Bliss Visualisation. I'm using Windows Media Player 10, 3646 on Windows XP Professional. I hope someone could tell me the solution to the problem. Thanks in advance. :)

what video card do you have? do you have the latest drivers? do other visualizations work?

Other Visualisations do work and run rather smoothly. As for the Video card, I think it should be Intel 82810 Graphics Controller by MS Corp. I know it's old but is Energy Bliss really so dependant on Video Cards?

If you can see the visualization try resizing the media player to a smaller size. Mine had a problem at 1024x768 maximized window. Works better now.

Resize the window such that the visualization area is a small size. Restart the media player. You should be able to see a blue color when it opens.

Try this. If this doesnt work I dont know how to make it work.

start by going to intel.com and get proper drivers for it

I'm using an old laptop at work (5 year old IBM thinkpad with Neomagic MagicGraph graphics... don't laugh!) and I get exactly the same as in the screenshot above. On my AMD 3200+/Radeon 9800 Pro setup at home, everything works fine. I guess your card is just too old.
