hey, you know that play where brooks passed the ball 20 yards backwards, and deuce(i think) picked it up, couldn't he just have thrown it forwards out of bounds for an incomplete pass?

Yes, he could've, as long as he was outside the pocket.

steelers looked awesome.. and the panthers were officially a 1 year wonder

Hard to repeat when most of your good starting players are injured... Steve Smith, Kris Jenkins, DeShawn Foster all on IR, Stephen Davis and Mark Fields not 100%. anyone with that kind of injury will suck...

Edit: You of all people should be able to sympathize... you lost one player last year (Vick) and went to hell..... lol :D ;)

i can relate, yes.. i remember our 4-12 season in 1999, the year after we went to the super bowl.. it sucks.. doesnt change anything, panthers were still a 1 year wonder

hehe, bears game was crazy...what does that make krenzel now as a starter?  4-0?  crazy...

Not as crazy as Roethlisberger at 7-0. He has amazing awareness in the pocket for a rookie and isn't afraid to run for the first down. He's going to take them all the way (or at least I'm hoping).

anyone see that play where mcnabb ran around for 14 seconds before he threw the 50 yard bomb? :omg:

yeah that play was real crazy. all that running then a perfect bomb. too bad it wasnt for a TD but definetly one of the top ten plays of the season.

vick or manning...man, hard to pick who i hate more.  i'd be happy if both get laid out :p

oh come on.. its gotta be the whiny rookie who had to call daddy when he didnt want to play for the chargers.. i think it would be so awesome if san diego made the playoffs and the giants didnt

Talking about this? ...

On 3rd-and-10 from the Philadelphia 25, McNabb raced from sideline to sideline twice, eluding defenders, before hurling the pass against the grain to Freddie Mitchell, who made the 60-yard reception at the Dallas 15.

"All I was thinking was not getting sacked," McNabb said.

What an excellent game. I am a little worried though that the Eagle's defense gave up 21 points and I think the local news says Simaneau has a concussion. So did everyone here like the MNF opening with T.O.? That was great. "What about this T.O.?" She takes off the robe. "Hell no, looks like the team is going to have to win it without me."

During the local philadelphia news something hilarious happened. The philadelphia reporter was in dallas and he was outside a bar interviewing Cowboy fans. Apparently Philadelphia fans had overtaken a bar and the Cowboy fans felt like they had to leave. Well the reporter was doing a serious interview, but in the background was a view of the main window of the bar. Eagles fans were pounding on the window shouting in celebration, well then something funny happened. One of the fans fists went right through the window. He broke the window pounding on it.
