It looks akward in a lot of programs. The lack of mouseover states irritates me a bit too. On the desktop-right click and choose properties Then select advanced- and there should be a button that says "Advanced" in the lower right hand corner. Click it- then from the first drop down box choose Icons and then change the size to 48! Fixs it all! Hope this helps!
