Right clicking in the all programs menu causes the menu to expand unlimitedly. I am running windows xp sp2, and my start menu is on the top instead of the bottom like yours. That's all I could think of that might be different between our computers. It didnt work after that, so I gave up, which is a pity, its a nice theme.
