OPaul
There's no Power Users group in Home, it was replaced with Restricted Users.

Renshaw
says local user groups snapin not avaliable in windows version. is there another way? or a rd party prog to do this?
Takaras
i'm testing something right now....just a sec This is going to take more than a second. There is a tweak available to enable the security tab in home edition, but I don't think it does anything else. Boot into safe mode and log in as administrator and you'll see the tab. OPaul
I'm pretty sure you'll just have to put her in the Administrators group. There's not really much she can do to "kill" the machine, I wouldn't be worried about it.
