Already many people are using one style of a Royale theme or another, so even if your not using MediaCenter, this logon is still nice to have. * Supports Only 2 User accounts * Works in all Resolutions * looks cool with any Royale Visual Style or WB Theme Download Locations & (Screenshots) : My WebSite Wincustomize.com Hope you enjoy it 1 Please note I will be releasing an unbranded panel too some time today or over the weekend for people not actually using MCE ! Your free to choose whether to visit the site or not ;) I was talking about the user registrations with another Admin who also thinks we have to have it this way due to the following reasons: FYI1: Downloads by registered users allows us to keep track of how many times a file was downloaded on the site - so we can see how popular it is and provide more of that sort of file. FYI2: This ALSO prevents hotlinking to our files and prevents our bandwidth being stolen by certain people. FYI3: very much doubt you would get in with a bogus account - the registration requires e-mail vaildation ;) can't validate - you still wont be able to download. Also the site in question run's Invisionboard 1.3 (same forum software as Neowin) we are a growing community of theme Artists and we offer people the ability to upload their own work to our web space so because we offer services like that - people need to register. The site is actually worth joining for these small facts for people who need some web space for their files sure deviantart does this and wincustomize, but in case you missed it, there are other sites doing this as well besides them. ;) Anyway registering is worth while, you get to download stuff, and if your a theme artist and have work to share - you can even upload it and share it with everyone. Whats more we are a community and we do need members - people who are interested in creating themes etc. Like I say when I released this theme I uploaded it to wincustomize.com too - so I am HARDLY forcing people to join my own web site am I ? - wether you visit my site or not - your choice. After speaking to both of the other Administrators on PCT, I have decided that I am going to allow limited downloads allowance to guests. Guest can now download up to 5 files per session - but if you want more please register - and help support this community ! Guest will either have the choice to then register or come back on some other occation to download again. Please note that many sites are operating this policy and I dont support leechers - please consider being a member and help support my site. I pay for the web site along with the help of the Admin team we work together to build a graphics site for all to use freely with out any spyware, adware or popups. Please consider registering ! - but feel free to enjoy the site eitherway. No one is under any obligation either way. I have changed my policy on my site in light of the comments made here by a few people, and as I want a site accessible by all, I decided to allow download permissions to guest. Cat.
