paraman Posted October 13, 2004 Share Posted October 13, 2004 Prior to installing SP2, windows update would temporarily store the update *.exe files in a folder named 'wutemp'. I would copy these to another folder so as to be able to install them if I reinstalled windows. Now that I have installed SP2, I can't seem to find these update files. I ran windows update today and installed 2 critical updates but was unable to find the *.exe files. I have already ran a check through all my hdd partitions but to no avail.
