U just have to find it. After u find that prog, there is a "install new themes" button where u click on the directory of where you downloaded the file. YOu don't even need to unzip or anything.. You just click on the .tar file (was it a .tar file?) and it installs automatically. I wish everything in linux was as easy as that. Give it a go! The only issue I'm having is with tabs. gedit uses the little close icon where the right side of the icon gets cut off. Also tabs in epiphany seem to "strech" moving the whole window down when it loads a tab and shows the foot icon. When it's done loading it shifts back..
