If you know TIVO or Ultimate TV (from MS) then that's exactly what WinDVR does too. You can record TV and even pause live TV. It has tons of other lil features that you might like. The competition for that is Cyberlinks PowerVCR and it's good too because it has a built in video editor and stuff like that but i wouldn't recommend that for video editing. So that's why I rather WinDVR since it's simple and if you have WinDVD then you already know all the shortcuts for it because it's the same interface and everything! Cyberlink PowerVCR II InterVideo WinDVR You tell me which is better! And do what I did.. try out the demo and you'll love WinDVR better!
