The wallpaper is the only thing I can direct link to: link. The VS is a personal mod from works by OldeCrow link,(the man is a true master), Enhanced and myself. I have been spending way too much time with Resource Hacker, now it's time for beer, noogie and Christmas shopping, Happy Holidays to everyone, especially the staff at Neowin!
