I have heard that there is a shortcut to open User Manager while the starting of the machine and previously of the user log on. Somebody told me that there is a way to open User manager with some key hits while the start up and before to the user log in screen, so that means that you are able to log in as administrator just removing the actual user password or create a new user. do you know about it? I don't like the mouse, I rather to work with the keyboard. And thank you for all your tips, are very usefull.
