It's a widget that displays the lyrics of the iTunes song you're listening to. Requires that DesktopX (http://www.desktopx.net) be installed on your computer (doesn't require it to be running however). Oh, and wonderful widget, shame that I don't use any widget apps, but if ever I'm going to use one, it would be DesktopX.
