Kerensky
Sorry if this isn't the right catagory to post this in. I have a request from people who have a mac running OSX. I'm in the process of making a skin of iTunes 2.0 (both the larger main version and small compact one.) I'm almost done, but I'm in need of some uncompressed screenshots (.tiff or .bmp formats only please) of some of the graphics on iTunes to finish it. Specifically, I need screenshots of the follow graphics: Large Main Version: 1. The normal pause button. 2. The pause button when selected (highlighted blue when the mouse is over it.) 3. The normal volume thumb tab when at the lowest, highest, and middle positions. 4. The volume thumb tab when selected (highlighted blue when the mouse is over it) when at the lowest, highest, and middle positions. Small Compact Version: 1. The normal volume thumb tab when at the lowest, highest, and middle positions. 2. The volume thumb tab when selected (highlighted blue when the mouse is over it) when at the lowest, highest, and middle positions. 3. The minimize, maximize, and close buttons when highlighted (when the mouse is over them.) 4. The minimize, maximize, and close buttons when the mouse actually clicks on them. I will give credit to anyone who helps. You can send the screenshots to: patrickcate@mindspring.com I appreciate any help.

SpidercrabX
Go to the Apple site and look at the iTunes page, then look at eack Qtime demo. When each demo is finnished you can save the Qtime demo from within Qtime. (You may need the Pro version to do this - I'm not sure). Then you can replay the iTunes demos and pause them when you want and export any images to file to look at later. Hope this helps.

Kerensky
The skin will be for the Windows Media Player at first, but I have plans to make a iTunes skin for other media players like Winamp 3.0 and MusicMatch. I'm aware that Apple has the quicktime movies that show iTunes in action on their web site, but the movies don't show iTunes in it's full size and any images that I get from it would be lossy. I'm trying very hard to only work with lossless images for the skin. I've just seen one too many crappy Quicktime and iTunes skins that are made from poor quality jpg's. I'm trying to make this skin a cut above the rest. As far as not being able to get screenshots of buttons when they are pressed, I do know they can be done because awhile ago I made a Quicktime skin and someone helped me by sending be screenshots of several Quicktime graphics, including ones that show how the buttons look like when they are pressed. I appreciate any help.

Steve
Why not simply use the iTunes Skin for QCD? Thats A GREAT skin! NeYo
Kerensky
NeYo, I actually have used some of the graphics from the QCD skin. Unfortunately for the graphics that I need, the ones that QCD uses (particually the volume tab and pause buttons) have been modified to the point where they don't look exactly like the originals. As I wrote in my previous reply I'm really trying to make this skin as high quality as possible. By the way this isn't my first Mac WMP skin. I've made 3 previous skins. Two Quicktime skins and one iPod skin available at: http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?libr...ary=9&SkinID=45 http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?libr...ary=9&SkinID=57 http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?libr...ary=9&SkinID=56 I think most people would agree that my Quicktime skin is the highest quality and most authentic one available right now. Anyway, I hope someone can help me.
