No useless tweaking every single video card option. No useless registry cleaners or RAM (de-)optimizers. Only crucial, efficient tweaks every one can do, and logical explanations of each. It's pretty versatile because all the main things for a quicker bootup are there. I recommend RegSeeker and RegCompact.NET because CCleaner misses some stuff. If you run CCleaner once then run RegSeeker, Regseeker will probably pick up around 20-30 more things to fix. RegCompact.NET simply compacts your registry for optimization.
