Just go over to the completed visual styles section in the Neowin forums, and download the Hilled Visual Style. In it, there are two folders, one called Glass Toolbar Kit, and the other one is a Guide. However, I didn't mod the Hilled VS, but chose to mod my favorite skin so far, Stefanka's Inspirat. You can easily do it, if you follow the same steps included in the guide. Keep in mind, though, that the taskbar height will also have to be modified, since it varies from visual style to visual style. So, just use reshack to replace your modded taksbars in inspirat.msstyles, and you're done. Since Inspirat has many different styles for the taskbar, you'll have to replace all of them, if you plan on using more than just 1 substyle. While I have not brought my XP install back up to speed (as least as I would like to see it), I figured that I'd post a screen of what I have so far.
