AeroAppsPreview.jpg

Glass, glass, and more glass.

Just a shot of the latest build of AeroShell (the Samurize-based version of the AveShell Project).

VS: Hilled_BlueGlass (personal mod, so don't ask for it)

Wall: everyone should know this.

Samurize: AeroShell Elements (the shell embedded into Explorer for those who don't want to totally switch), featuring the new StartPane, Configuration, and About items.

Y'z Dock: Longhorn Glass.

The other stuff? That's something new -- the AeroApps. Think of full-blown applications being powered by Samurize. Impossible? Nope -- I already have AeroExplorer and AeroInstaller working. The reason that AeroMessenger looks like it does is because at the time the shot was taken, it was a mere 15 minutes old. Still building the UI -- but trust me, it WILL function. :D

Enjoy the shot. More to come.

I use Samurize 1.60. You can download it here for free - www.samurize.com.

The front end that you see can be built using a bundled editor which is pretty easy to use. Easy when you can do tricks with Photoshop that is ... doh !!!

I have stopped using desktop icons since a long time - they are all in panels with Desktop Sidebar which is hidden away beyond the right edge of the screen. You can download Desktop Sidebar here : www.desktopsidebar.com.

Helps create a clean and aesthetic look :D
