Cuteftp PRO

Ok guys,

I just bought Cute FTP Pro from my local store installed it and now running it. But the weird thing is when I go to my public_html folder I don't see some files. Like .htaccess and some other junks. I checked it with SmartFTP and I can see it there... but in Cuteftp it doesn't show up :(. Do I have to change anything from the settings or is it a somekind of bug?Thank in advance for your help.... :no:

Files starting with periods ( . ) in *nix environments are hidden files. You probably need to check the options to ensure that "Show hidden files" or some such is checked.

Thanks I figured it out. However it isn't that easy... here is how I did it :)

Click the Site Manager tab.

Highlight the site with hidden files.

Click File > Properties (when in CuteFTP Professional).

Click the Actions tab.

Click the Filter button.

Select the Enable filtering check box.

Select Enable server side filtering check box.

Type -a in the Remote field.

Click OK.
