xp and nvidia graphics cards

Recommended Posts

if you right click on desktop>properties>settings. and it says "default display" then windows is still seeing your vid card, or else you wont have a display at all. Just install the drivers from the nvidia homepage, reboot and your set. :)

ok google for an app called "driver cleaner" after installing that, run it, reboot, reinstall the Nvidia drivers, and then reboot.

And just to poke my nose in the dark here but something doesnt seem right. What was the video card you had before this. and is this card ur installing now an upgrade?

re-install the drivers for the card, and ditch service pack 2...huge disaster.
