Zolk
I wasn't sure about widescreen monitors at first either. However, I'm really starting to get hooked on the format after using an Apple 20" Cinema display at school. Homer
I personally just cannot see the point in such stupid widescreen monitors for a comp, unless your doing some very heavy gaming, or movie watching / editing etc. That's just my opinion though, I'm still happy with my 17" Viewsonic. :D Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/273396-dell-2405fpw-ultrasharp-flat-panel-monitor/page/7/#findComment-585483585 Share on other sites

g8crash3r
I think you will have the same release date with the US or probably a week later, for the price I'm not sure about that. The UltraSharp 2405FPW will be on sale for $1,199 in the Americas and Europe on March 1, 2005http://home.businesswire.com/portal/site/g...189&newsLang=en 585471081[/snapback] Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/273396-dell-2405fpw-ultrasharp-flat-panel-monitor/page/7/#findComment-585496872 Share on other sites

Da_Bears
I, for one, cannot wait. Luckily I ran into this site before making the purchase of the 20". To hear that the 24" was going to be a low priced as it is made up my mind for me in a hurry. I do not think I will have a problem running at native res with some eye candy either. I would ask that someone clarify one thing for me. Is it with a higher res you can turn down the AA?
