Tenchi103
KB828026 - Update for Device Sync with Windows Media Player in Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003 (KB828026) Consider the following scenario. You purchase a PlaysForSure-verified device, and you install the device. The device appears to be installed correctly. The device works correctly when you copy content that is ripped from CDs. In this scenario, the device does not work correctly when you copy purchased content or subscription content from online services. When you try to copy this kind of content, the content is not copied. Rio Carbon devices that have the PlaysForSure firmware may exhibit the problem that this article describes. A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in KB Article 922814. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

Wraith Fighter
Hi guys, In the first post inside this topic, i.e. the main topic, nw raptor has included the links of the latest hotfixes officially released by MS. Now, I have XP-SP2 installed and this means that some of these hotfixes might be already installed with SP2. How do i get to know what should i install from these hotfixes from what i shouldn't?? I have another question :D AutoPatcher, as far as i read, contains several hotfixes. The question is how can i integrate them all in my custom created winxp installation iso created by either xpize or nlite??? i.e. the target is to use the already-collected package than to use the discrete hotfixes files.. ? +M2Ys4U Subscriber¹ Posted September 6, 2006 Subscriber¹ Share Posted September 6, 2006 Any items already installed will show as blue in the AutoPatcher program, and will automatically be deselected for installation. All of the hotfixes in AutoPatcher are in their original packaging from Microsoft, just organised into folders. You can go through each of these folders and copy the hotfix installations for use with xpize or nlite.

When the new AutoStreamer is finished (some time after stable AP v6, i. e. after Duke Nukem Forever :D ), you won't have to use any other program. It'll be so simple... if M$ doesn't include this feature in Windows 2020.
