jjypk
I can't use the Voice Chat feature in Messenger XP ver. 4.5.0118. I am running Win98SE and my friend is running WinME. We have the same version of Messenger XP running. I run Tiny Personal Firewall V2.0.15 and have given Messenger XP TCP and UDP permission both ways. My friend is not running a firewall. Can anyone help solve the problem? Oh, and the Webcam feature does not work when me or my friend tries it. I have heard that it only works on WinXP. Is this true?
