Xtreme $niper
Can this be installed over Beta 1? 585534944 You shouldnt. What I did was uninstall Opera Beta 1, and remove the folder from program files, and then just install Beta 2. Since the uninstaller doesnt delete the profile settings in another location on the computer, all your settings stay in-tact. Elliott
Is their a Mac version yet? 585533789 Sadly, the Macintosh version of Opera is pretty poorly done. The interface is slow, the application takes a long time to load, etc. You're better off using something like OmniWeb if you want a fully-featured web browser. Nebuchadnezzar
You shouldnt. What I did was uninstall Opera Beta 1, and remove the folder from program files, and then just install Beta 2. Since the uninstaller doesnt delete the profile settings in another location on the computer, all your settings stay in-tact. 585535420 There's no point in uninstalling it first if you keep the old settings since the non-settings files will be overwritten anyway if you install it over. I just installed over B1 and it works fine. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/289943-opera-8-beta2/page/4/#findComment-585539259 Share on other sites

d_ralphie
Still doesnt work with Hotmail junk mail box. :( 585534439 no, microsoft still refuses to send the right files to opera. Sadly, the Macintosh version of Opera is pretty poorly done.
