I've never seen a desk like this on this thread, and when I did this on my work computer like everyone who saw it commented they didnt know about this feature, and many stole the idea (not that I care).

and Ive never seen this done (without using y'z dock or anything fancy), and I'm sure some dont know its possible.

You basically drag your quick launch to the side of the screen off the taskbar, and be sure to set it always on top. You can also make the icons larger but I prefer not.

It makes for a really handy dock with minimal to no setup or downloading or system overhead :yes:

I find it quite handy myself.

I would imagine that most of us are quite well aware of the dragability of the various quicklaunch and toolbars in Windows. That was integrated into Windows 95 when Internet Explorer 4 came out. Nevertheless, it is a little-used feature of Windows and I do agree that there are many who don't know about it.
