Just to test out the network speed, I just transferred a 770MB file in 6 minutes 13 seconds. I was thinking maybe there is more efficient way of transferring files back & forth ? Second... 802.11g is not good for transferring large files. We have an Airport Extreme here at work and transferring files from my PowerBook (all 802.11G) to our OS X server was incredibly slow... I had to transfer 2GB of video and files and I ended up just hooking up to a 100mbit cable because it was so much faster. I was hoping to get around 10Mbps speed atleast considering Wireless G is supposed to provide practical speeds of upto 27-30Mbps.
