I own DELL and I appreciate their great service and PC's. This wall is part of a set: Bootskin, Logon and Wallpaper. The Bootskin and Logon have included words "Powered By", which in fact was ment as a compliment of power and hotness. (Like "Powered By Intel") Something like when someone says: "Hell of a car" sense. ;) "Powered by" words were omitted in the wall, because I didn't think they would fit in a wallpaper after the whole loading process is finished.
