They are the authors of this theme and icons. Proper etiquette dictates that he gets permission from the original authors before he releases it to the internet public. Shalayer is the author of the .mssyle, who I believe already gave permission in a previous post in this thread. All we are apparently waitng for is permission from Max R. before this is released.
