That's what I use... it works perfectly! Blocks almost everything and very light so it won't slow down Firefox! Give it a try :yes:

i used that and it blocked all images on a forum i post a lot it, i couldn't even post a reply, because it took the button away..lol

like, blocks the most stuff, but wont block vital stuff (like above), and isint too long so it wont slow the browser down.

Don't think you can block text ads, unless they are in an iframe, then you could block the iframe, but I don't think they are...

I have this list imported into my firefox and i got the first ad today, i did copy the link and i was gonna post it here but i couldnt find the topic, ill try and find the site again.

Edit: found it http://a51.fw.hu/ go here with ff and an add will pop-up.

So many filters, What to choose, What to choose. I just use whatever blocks the most ads for sites I reguraly visit. I doubt there will be a filter that blocks 100% of ALL ads.

Filterset.G seems to be the most popular, and is recommended for everyone to start with after installing Adblock.

Just for anyone who wants to know Filterset.G has a new homepage here. And Filterset.G is probably the best most well known adblock list. It is fast and very effective. :)
