VS stands for Visual Style, which just means Windows theme.

Ctrl+F11 will bring back the menu bar.

Or you can right-click blank space in any toolbar and click menubar.

As i can see for these pics not many ppl use IE anymore.

More and more people are migrating back to IE from Firefox.

The Maxthon (MyIE2) addon is easy as a Firefox extension

and skinnable.

Pop-up blocker, activeX blocker, content blocker plus it is only about 6 Mb as opposed to Firefox 20+ Mb. It also has no profiles to corrupt or crash.
