I like a clean and minimal interface, and with IE8 on Windows 7 a bit buggy, I've adapted Firefox to suit my needs for the time.

[edit]I should cover-my-ass here and note that I typically have Neowin whitelisted, but since I baconlicio.us-ed the page for the screenshot, the ads got blocked. :(

Basic color matching with minimal screen space & ergonomically quick links, using a combination of LittleFox & some modified Stylish scripts, for me (& the mouse pointer highlighted Neowin in the screen shot):

Firefox (3.5 optimised build) with the Dark NASA theme, obvious add-ons will be Fast Dial, Auto-pager, Smart bar, Gmail notifier, personal menu, twitter bar and so on.
