He's not using Firefox, he's using Opera. From what I know, Opera comes like that. I'm using Opera 10 default option to hide menu bar. Simply click button on the left side of the tab bar and choose option "Show menu bar" (should be there on clean Opera installation). After that you can acces to menu by clicking this button or by pressing ALT on keyboard.
