Well...I could, but we use computers all day at work, so...I guess that would mean a vacation. For me, it's not that hard anymore. I think I used to use it in place of having things to do, people to hang out with. It was like a comfort food or a child's favorite stuffed animal/blanket. Now, I guess I'm growing out of needing it, its just for fun. I'd RATHER be off doing something with people than messing on here anyway

That makes me sound so pathetic :p

I'm going on holiday in a few days for 2 weeks, so i dont really have a choice to live without it :p

you could always sell your ass to tourists until you get enough money to buy a laptop......

where there's a will, there's a way

I bought this computer as part of a dsl offer with crapbell

In a couple of months my internet service contract is going to be up. I don't think I'm going to continue with this computer crap after that. It's fun in all, but it seems to rule your life in a way. sure it has given me something to do, but I'm not really getting anything else from it anymore, but just sitting here waiting to answer question of someone who might need my help. just under two years ago the only thing I knew how to do was turn on the power. unfortunatly I havn't learnt anything computer related to make it worth while. other than a time consumer and looking at naked chicks I don't think i need this

The two weeks of the year I have without a computer (on holiday) are like heaven as I'm stuck in front of a computer from 9-5 every day at work (and sometimes longer), and I have been for the last few years. I unfortuntely work in computers so can't get away from it, but I am taking a masters degree so I can stop working in a technical area, as there is no way I can spend the next 25 years telnetting machines and using databases and visio, I envy people working with people (eg project managers) as they have so much more fun on an average day.

When I get home I use my machine for about 1/2 hour (playing a game) and that's it as my girlfriend moans all the time I use my machine - so I hardly use my home computer and could live without that all together, although I would miss my 1/2 hour gaming!!
