Unfortunately, since I didn't get permission to mod them, they are unreleasable. Also, to my knowledge there is no icon packager suite for the Elements icons. I only used them for Avedesk and ODock. The Alienware Icon suite does fit the theme of the Elements icons however, if you're look for a matching icon suite.
