Which VS is this then?

I can finally use this vs *didn't because I never had a good matching wall* since karma_police has shown the way to this wall. Thanks.

I just switched from 1280x1024 @ 60Hz, to a very good on the eyes 1024x768 at 75Hz.

I would've never run at that low resolution although it's more tender for your eyes.

I run @ 1600x1200 @ 70Hz.

I don't think that 75hz is good for your eyes. When I had a CRT (1152x864@75hz) monitor I usually had pus in my eyes in the end of the day.

After using my monitor at 75Hz, 60Hz is unbearable. Look's like I will be sticking with this setup for awhile.

Ah, and for my desktop I bring you not so much matching!

Click for big!

It could also be the video card... my old computer didn't support anything above 60Hz... Now I'm running at 1280x960 @ 72Hz.

60Hz is just bad because you end up with interference from electric lights around the room, since they're also running at 60Hz. 72Hz is actually better than 75Hz, since you'll end up with less noticable interference.
