Zirus
You mean like this? All you have to do is make the taskbar take up 2 rows on the bottom of the screen instead of one. You basically make it twice as tall and the clock will expand by itself. JK1150
if it what he is saying, then it's just expanding ur taskbar 1 higher. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/304072-windows-xp-date-time/#findComment-585714599 Share on other sites

LiquidGUI
I am using TClock2 right now, highly customizable, Google it. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/304072-windows-xp-date-time/#findComment-585717702 Share on other sites
snowgoon
Do any of the TClock apps let you include a line break? I have TClock2 running and it doesn't... I have my taskbar set to two high and would love the time with the date below it,in different fonts! Any suggestions? bslag.xj
yeah it does, you need to use the 'custom format' line breaks are "\n" without the "s for example: hh.nn.ss tt\nyyyy.mm.dd is 03.38.52 pm 2005.04.27 Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/304072-windows-xp-date-time/#findComment-585838517 Share on other sites

snowgoon
cheers nitrox, dunno why I didn't try that. NOW what I need to be able to figure out is how to have the date in smaller font than the time - any suggestions for that? What I mean is to have it like this: 12:45 13 Mar 05 With the time in, say 14pt and the date in 9pt... is that possible? Is it possible with ANY sys tray clock? bslag.xj
mmm, i dont think its possible. closest youll get is using LClock instead of TClock, but youre going to lose A LOT of features doing that and in case you needed the "code" for that format, it would be: hh:nn\ndd mmm yy Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/304072-windows-xp-date-time/#findComment-585848638 Share on other sites
STATIC_RIPS
the format he is talking about is exactly how mine is setup .. sadly its a sysmetrix config .. easy to make My Example Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/304072-windows-xp-date-time/#findComment-585848691 Share on other sites
