danniboi Posted April 18, 2005 Share Posted April 18, 2005 Yeah, i went to the double header and damn was it cold ! I stayed until the top of the 8th of game two. Wood really sucked game one. I have never heard Wood get booed before and never really thought he ever would. I hope it wasn't a sign of Wood's year to be. Prior looked awesome :yes: He had so much command and control of the game it was like '03. I think we will take the Central this year, i really do. If Prior continues his pitching where he left off wensday and Wood returns to form, which i think he will, then you add Carlos(i think will be CY) and Maddux(great second half pitcher) and are offense, we'll be unbeatable. Our offensive will start clicking very soon, especially Nomar. Things look bright IMO.
