Doesn't crash mine either. One idea why it crashes yours may be because of realplayer, I use realplayer alternative, but probably not.

I would hardly consider myself '1337' but I have experience with Fedora Core 2/3 (Redhat) and Gentoo. At the moment, I use Windows XP Professional a lot more than Linux.

Updating via repositories [in Linux] does make things a lot easier. :)
