How to put the tabs at the bottom?

Right click an empty area of your tab bar, and click Customize. Click on the Placement dropdown box and change it to 'Bottom.'

how do you gues get the File, Edit, etc menu to disppear? I saw ppl having only a "Menu" and maybe having all the File, Edit, etc there?

with Firefox, I have only have this layout that I want to have in opera also

Edit: Ok so far I've got what I want and what I did is that:

[browser Menu Bar]

;Submenu, 148470, Browser File Menu

;Submenu, 148480, Browser Edit Menu

;Submenu, 67390, Browser View Menu

;Submenu, 67398, Browser Bookmarks Menu

;Feature Feeds, Submenu, 70491, Browser Feeds Menu

;Feature Mail, Submenu, 67397, Browser Mail Menu

;Feature Chat, Submenu, 69944, Browser Chat Menu

;Submenu, 69681, Browser Tools Menu

;Platform Mac, Submenu, 67396, Browser Window Menu

Platform Windows-Unix-QNX, Feature MDI, Submenu, 67396, Browser Window Menu

;Submenu, 67395, Browser Help Menu

but now I have an empty menubar that I want to hide. How is it possible?

How do you get the tab bar underneath the address bar? I spent ages trying to figure it out but I couldn't do it. If I can get it like that I will swtich from Firefox.

Hi,

If you right click on the toolbar and choose Customise - Toolbars.

Make sure the Main bar is showing, then drag all the buttons

and address bar to it and then uncheck the address bar.

It takes a bit to get the idea of how to change things

around but once you got the hang of it ....its easy.

Here is a picture of how my browser looks.

cheers

blinky :D

Thanks, I spent ages trying to do that. But unfortunately the adbock for Opera sucks big time comapred to the Firefox one so I haven't made the full switch yet.

Also, does anyone get the bug where if you scroll down a bit, then scroll upm the first notch you scroll up with your mouse, Opera will scroll down?

It sometimes does that to me as well, with my MS Wheel Mouse optical.
