Quillz
My personal favorite font is Trebuchet MS. For web pages, I'd say Verdana for sans-serif and Sylfaen for serif.
Syphonic
In response to an older comment: I believe the font used in Safari is actually Myriad Web, not Lucida Grande (the font which is used around the rest of OS X). I'm not entirely sure though since I use Myriad Pro now. Consolas is a horrible monospace font, as d4rkn1ght said: Monaco is a really good choice. Linux fans will probably reccomend Bitstream Vera which comes in Mono, Sans-Serif and Serif versions and that's quite nice too.

cyberfrem
Verdana everytime. I keep trying others when I fancy a change but cannot find anything to beat it. It's just so clear and readable!
