I'm guessing that 'soon' they'll release a new version of iTunes but with QT 7.0 (and the H.264 codec baby!) For instance, download a .mov from somewhere and then import it into the library. It shows up where album artwork is when playing, or in a new window, or full screen if you press the button for it.
